In order to assure and provide continuous, uninterrupted service to our clients, we store core client data on cloud-based servers. All data that we store locally -- including limited client data and firm operational data -- is maintained on an encrypted network server which is frequently backed up to both onsite and off-site servers.
No client or sensitive data is maintained on individual computer systems. All firm system are encrypted. For security purposes our office does not permit remote access logins to computer systems for our employees.
Our office maintains a primary and redundant internet connection in the event of a power failure. Our office location maintains its own emergency electrical generator in the event of a power outage.
If our employees have to work remotely due to an emergency, power outage or pandemic, all staff members have the ability to access information stored within the cloud using the secure, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service vendors we utilize.
