March 1, 2023 -- Gary Nitzkin's Credit Repair Lawyers of America Sanctioned by Court for Vexatious Proceedings

The Credit Repair Lawyers of America are making news again. After concluding its litigation with debt buyer LVNV asked the Court to sanction both CRLA and its client Venita Dukes for engaging in bad faith litigation. The Court held that there was no evidence that the consumer had done anything to warrant the sanctions, but that the CRLA had used the opportunity of the litigation to engage in unnecessary litigation. The case is Dukes v. LVNV Funding, LLC, Case 6:21-cv-01342-GAP-DAB (MD FL 20/27/23)

Today, I stumbled across this law firm on the internet looking to have some questions answered for a pressing consumer protection situation. Brandy Moore an eartly angel and senior paralegal answered my questions. She was professional, knowledgable, polite and empathtic toward my situation. If I ever find myself in need of legal help and or know of anyone in need of legal services, I will most certainly send them to Lyngklip & Associates. I can't thank you enough Brandy. God's continued blessing over you and the firm. Michelle
